Concerning room reservation in the AUC Academic Building, email your CAO a description of the event along with your room preferences for the event, e.g. lower common room, classroom, project room etc. Be sure to do so at least one week prior to the event so the AUCSA Board can make the necessary accommodations with the Housemasters.
