Event Details

This session we will start a more in depth exploration of the four foundations of mindfulness, beginning with the mindfulness of the body. We are often not really connected with our body and relate to it healthily. Carla will guide a body scan meditation to ground ourselves in the awareness of our body.

As always everyone – with or without previous meditation – is welcome.

Please bring a cup for tea!
