During meditation we often like to make use of “focus points” most well known is the breath; something that works as an anchor to the present moment. We can also use one of our senses as a focus point; listening to the sound of rain, looking at a candle flame or noticing the smell of incense. This week we will focus on taste and meditate on the taste of chocolate and raisins. Yes, you heard it, we will have plenty of AUC’s most common drug, chocolate, available this Wednesday.
