This week we will use sound as a support for meditation by chanting Tibetan Mantras for Turbulent Times, a powerful mantra meditation compilation by Deva Premal & the Gyuto Monks of Tibet.

We will sing 108 repetitions of 8 different mantras which will last for 70 minutes. Here is the whole recording we will follow in case you already want to get into the mood
