As part of Intro Week, there will once again be a String Dinner scheduled. This takes place on Tuesday, 30 August from 18.00. This is a chance for everyone living in the dorms – including second and third years – to get to know their new neighbours and connect with their String-mates! New first-year students will have the chance to pick up a meal packet with ingredients and instructions on Tuesday afternoon. There will be three different options which can be made as a starter, a main or a desert. With these kits, the first-year students can cook together and build a meal with multiple courses by connecting with each other in their String (or nearby Strings). Second- and third-year students are welcome to join: to help cook, to contribute their own food, and to share the meal.
