At the Budget General Assembly (GA), all members of the association (all AUC students) get to vote on the allocation of AUCSA’s yearly budget. The assembly takes place in the common room of the academic building from 10.00-18.00, and will be divided into blocks. To get a better idea of what will be discussed in each block, you can have a look at the agenda once it is sent out. Please make sure to fill out the RSVP form or follow the procedures to have someone proxy for you through the attached link. This will allow you to cast your vote during the GA.
