We will be screening a series of surrealist and simply surreal short films, which are brought to life by an ensemble of live-musicians. Hosted by Droog, a unique space for design, film, music and culture generally, it will take place in their stunning red cinema room, adorned with deep red draped curtains and neon lit seating. Before the event starts at 20:15, doors will open at 19:45 and guests will have the opportunity to settle in to their seats, and grab a drink at the Droog’s Bar. The event itself will be split into two visually and sonically distinct parts, the first focusing on classical surrealist actor cinema, paired with a live Jazz performance, and the second highlighting visually experimental avant-garde animations accompanied by live electronic music. After the event ends, at around 21:15, the bar will be open until 22:00
